1. Fee once paid would neither be refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances. If the fees is paid after fixed due date it would be liable to attract a fine of Rs. 125 per day to be counted from date of such non-payment. The aspirant can be barred from attending classes in such cases of defaults.

2. A provisional ID Card will be issued for one month in case the permission for payment of fees in installment has been obtained. The validity of ID Card will lapse after the stipulated time and the aspirant can be barred from attending the classes.

3. BEST IAS does not offer any kind of discounts in the fees and the aspirants are requested not to insist upon it at all. We do not entertain recommendations from anyone in any circumstances.
