Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

www.asgias.in stands true to its ethics of integrity and customer satisfaction. We value our customers the most and ensure that our approach towards each customer is one of dignity and mutual respect.           

If there is any issue with respect to products or services, we will try to solve the issue at our best. We have a customer friendly Returns and Refunds policy.           

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy -         

• Company (referred to as either "The Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to asgias.in.   
• Productsrefer to the items offered for sale on the Service.   
• &Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service” refers to the Website.
• Website refers to asgias.in, accessible from https://asgias.in/.       
• You refers to the individual or student accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.   
• Your Order Cancellation Rights      

You are entitled to cancel your order of online product (online course subscription, pen drive) only within 12 hours of placing the order.      

Live Courses can be cancelled within the first 7 days of the course.    

Note - Cancellations are not eligible if orders have been processed or dispatched.        

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Returns and Refunds are possible on www.asgias.in except under some circumstances.   

In case you receive damaged study material (Pen Drive), you are requested to report the same to www.asgias.in customer team. The request needs to be made within 48 hours of delivery. In order for the products to be eligible for acceptance post return, please make sure that -       

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days   
• The goods are in the original packaging with invoices
• The Pen Drive has not been activated   
• asgias.in will not be liable for damages occurred during return shipping  
• Return, refund and replacement will not be accepted for made-to-order products  

Note - In case the Pen Drive is corrupted by malware in customer’s laptop or damaged in return transit, the same will not be accepted.       

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should send the products at the following address:

• Refund And Replacement Terms    

Once your returned products are received, they will undergo thorough inspection and you will be notified about reception of your items.      

If the product appears to be in the condition of make fault defect, then only your refund or replacement can be processed.            

Replacement of Pen Drive - Once the USB (Pen Drive) is activated, student shall not be eligible for refund. No refund will be allowed under any circumstances in case of software getting corrupted due to virus/malware in the computer system of the student etc.      

In case your laptop / computer does not match the Operating System or software requirements or Pen Drive does not work due to lack of access to internet facility, you shall not be eligible for any refund.            

Returns and Refunds are eligible only for company issued defective or faulty products.        

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
